Sports massage

Sports Massage helps to alleviate stress and tension, which builds up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity. Massage involves manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissue (Muscles, Ligaments and Tendons).

Sports massage can help ease minor soft tissue injuries and lesions caused by overexertion and or overuse, although is predominantly used to help prevent niggling injuries that often get in the way of the all important training and event. Regardless of whether a high level athlete, a gym user, or once a week jogger the benefits are noticeable by maintaining improved circulation, removal of metabolic waste, relieving tension and easing everyday aches and pains.

A regular sports massage programme can be tailored to your individual needs to positively enhance your ability to move and perform.
